  19. Subject: "Image Is Too Wide Or Too Narrow -- Check For Rotation"

  21. Situation:
  22. ==========
  23. When sending or forwarding a fax, the message "Image Is Too Wide Or 
  24. Too Narrow -- Check For Rotation" appears and the fax event fails.
  25.  
  26. Solution:
  27. =========
  28. This situation occurs when one or more pages of the fax is rotated to 
  29. a different orientation. The solution to the problem depends on the 
  30. release date of your WinFax software. To determine the release date of 
  31. your software, pull down the Help menu in WinFax and select About.
  32.  
  33. - If you are using a release of WinFax PRO 3.0 dated April 21, 1993 or 
  34.   later, simply rotate the page back to its original orientation. You 
  35.   can now send the fax.
  36.  
  37. - If you are using a release of WinFax PRO 3.0 dated earlier than 
  38.   April 21, 1993, you must print the fax images to WinFax from the Viewer 
  39.   in order to send the fax.

  41.   1.  Open the fax in the WinFax PRO Viewer.
  42.  
  43.   2.  Pull down the File menu in the Viewer, and select Print.
  44.  
  45.   3.  Click on Printer, and select the WINFAX printer option.
  46.  
  47.   4.  Click on OK to save the change and return to the Print Page(s) 
  48.       dialog.
  49.  
  50.   5.  Click on OK to begin printing.
  51.  
  52.   6.  Fill in the appropriate details in the Send Fax dialog, and send the 
  53.       fax.
